These are gentle to moderate practices. No previous yoga experience needed, unless indicated.

    A multi-level hatha yoga class including breath and asana instruction. Variations are given for each posture, allowing you to find your own best practice.

    A wonderful learning class introducing the basic postures and breath work. For those new to yoga or wanting to gain confidence in an existing practice.
  • CANDLELIGHT HATHA (FRIDAY NIGHT)
    Leave your week behind or start your weekend a bit early. Experience a special Hatha class designed to help you rebalance, release stress and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm.
  • GENTLE HATHA YOGA
    If you're in your golden age, recovering from illness or injury or just want a gentler practice. Explore and build range of motion and functional strength.
