  • YIN YOGA
    This practice may benefit anyone engaged in activities that stress the back, hips and knees (long periods of sitting to athletics). Linking you with your body at a deeper level and a wonderful complement to more active yang yoga styles. No previous yoga experience necessary. Not suitable for those with recent injury or during pregnancy.
  • RESTORATIVE & MEDITATION
    A gentle, calming class using supported seated and lying down poses, breath work, guided meditation and sound to activate the body’s natural healing system. Class is open to all!
