An intro level class to prepare your body, mind and spirit for pregnancy and birth. Using poses, breathing techniques and visualisation, each class will address the common conditions experienced throughout pregnancy and leave you feeling empowered and relaxed. Deepen your confidence, trust your body and learn techniques to experience a beautiful, conscious birth. This class is taught by a certified prenatal yoga instructor. Drop-in (start any time), all are welcome, no previous experience required. A great opportunity to share with other mamas-to-be! - MAMA & BABY
Gently encourage your body to regain core strength and flexibility and maintain a healthy low back! Baby can join you on your mat, rest in a carrier, or stop to breastfeed. Open to all moms with pre-crawling babies. Also a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms! This is a pre-registered class and usually runs in 5 week series (e.g. Five consecutive Mondays 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.) $65 + HST for 5 classes or drop!
