Gently encourage your body to regain core strength and flexibility and maintain a healthy low back! Baby can join you on your mat, rest in a carrier, or stop to breastfeed. Open to all moms with pre-crawling babies. Also a great opportunity to socialize with other new moms! - PRENATAL

A gentle class to prepare your body, mind and spirit for pregnancy and birth. Using poses, breathing techniques and visualisation, each class will address the common conditions experienced throughout pregnancy and leave you feeling empowered and relaxed. Deepen your confidence, trust your body and learn techniques to experience a beautiful, conscious birth. This class is taught by a certified Doula and birth educator. All are welcome, no previous experience required. A great opportunity to share with other mamas-to-be! - KIDS
Roar like a bear, stand tall like a mountain, flow free like the wind! Learn how to play using your body, breath and imagination! Kids yoga is a wonderful way to release energy, establish body and breath awareness and increase flexibility. Continued practice cultivates self-esteem, patience and respect for others!Open to all children ages 5-10. KIDS YOGA CLASSES ARE PRE-REGISTERED.
