MODERATE TO VIGOROUS YOGA

Moderate to vigorous practice. Some previous yoga experience is recommended e.g. 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga practice). No current injury within the last 8 weeks or chronic physical conditions. You have a moderate to good level of cardio-vascular fitness and strength.
- FLOW (sometimes known as Vinyasa) Link breath with conscious movement as we flow through a more intense Hatha practice. Andrew and Mandy are your teachers and you will sweat!

Developed by John Friend in 1996, Anusara Yoga® offers a dynamic synthesis of asana technique, yoga philosophy, and the celebration of life. Classes are invigorating and heart-themed combining standing poses, inversions, twists and restoratives. Students are encouraged to work at their own level honouring their own uniqueness and strengths.
