*Meditation: A new class – meditation only – by donation $5 drop in. Join Prabhat as he shares his many years of experience in the methods and practice of meditation.
**Mom & Baby Yoga: 4 class series begins Monday June 28th for 4 Mondays.
***Karma Yoga: JULY only. Various styles & teachers. Donations will be sent to the Shanti Uganda Society www.shantiuganda.org
Note: “intermediate” level classes – you must have previous yoga experience (at least 1 year of consistent practice) no recent injuries or chronic conditions.
