Sabrina began her journey with yoga as a way to keep fit, soon after learning that physical fitness is just a small side effect of yoga. She believes yoga is a personal lifelong journey in which there is a constant commitment to the unity of mind, body and spirit. Sabrina received her 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training from Prana Yoga Teacher College, and continues to update her training as she works towards her 500 hour designation. In her classes she presents yoga as a personal practice emphasizing safety, alignment, maintaining a centered mind, and moving with the breath.

Her students enjoy the discovery of the subtleties in their bodies and the deep interconnection between their physical and emotional states. Sabrina’s instructions are compassionate yet motivating and her classes are as challenging as they are gentle.
